Requirements
Students must possess a previously issued SST Supervisor Card that is eligible for renewal or recently expired under NYC DOB requirements.
A government-issued photo ID is required for student verification.
Students must provide a copy of their SST Supervisor Card and/or prior training documentation where applicable.
Students must have access to a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection.
Device must include a working camera and microphone for identity verification and/or course proctoring requirements where applicable.
Students must complete all required course hours, participation activities, assessments, and course evaluations to receive completion certificates.
Description
The 16-Hour Supervisor SST Refresher Package is an online training program designed for supervisors who already possess an SST Supervisor Card and need refresher training to maintain compliance with NYC Local Law 196 requirements.
This package includes:
- 8-Hour Chapter 33 Site Safety Manager Refresher Course
- 8-Hour Fall Prevention Course
SST Card is included upon the successful completion of this course and verification of a valid OSHA 30 Construction card in accordance with NYC DOB SST requirements.
This package is intended for supervisors, foremen, competent persons, and construction professionals who need to renew or refresh their SST Supervisor Card for work on New York City construction sites.
Students will receive updated training on construction hazard recognition, fall prevention, site safety responsibilities, and Chapter 33 safety regulations in accordance with NYC DOB SST requirements.
